Paris, February 20th, 2015 – SPICESOFT, a publisher of e-leasing software just finalized a 1 million euro fund raising with private investors. The French start-up wishes to use those funds to continue the development of SaaS software solution particularly on the offices and accommodation segment.
1 million euros to accelerate the development of the start-up launched at the beginning of 2014.
This financing round aims at accompanying and supporting the spectacular take-off of the young company SPICESOFT, founded just 12 months ago. Elected innovative start-up of the year by Paris Circle 30 and prize-winner of the Schneider Electric Open Innovation competition in 2015, the company offers real estate professionals new generation tools to innovate such as e-signature and clearly puts the emphasis on user experience.
As an example, the company’s first solution, TANDOORI manages the online marketing and sales of more than 2000 offices on a daily basis, among those, the initiatives of Nexity Blue Office and Bouygues Immobilier Nextdoor, two major players in the European real estate landscape.
The capital increase gives the start-up the ability to continue the development of Plug&Play software solution by capitalizing on its know-how and its positioning, in France and in Europe. ” This fund raising strengthens our mobilization capacities give us the ressources to lead various development projects to seize opportunities in a growing market, on the offices as well as on the accommodation market” underlines Pierre-André SVETCHINE, President and Co-founder of SPICESOFT.
